Founder Shri Sudarshan Sharma is a former chief election commissioner of Bihar Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh. He needs no introduction among academicians of Bihar. He established the institute in 1991 . He has been a mentor for the school since its inception.

Nawal Kishore has carved out a name as an eminent educationist of Jehanabad. He is an alumni of Science College, Patna. He has been conferred upon several awards by prestigious organisations for his outstanding work in the field of education.

Abhishek Anand, Director

Mr. Abhishek Anand pursued higher studies in Canada. After spending four years in Canada, he decided to come back to Jehanabad, and take care of this great institution established by his father. His international experience is a blessing to the students of Jehanabad. He is an alumni of DPS, R.K.Puram, New Delhi. Having studied in reputed institutes in India and abroad, he has a vast experience in the field of education. After he joined the school as a Director, he has never looked back. Manas Vidyalaya has been touching new heights under his dynamic leadership.
