1. Birth Certificate: Issued by a competent authority (e.g., Municipality, Panchayat).
2. Residence Proof: Aadhaar card, ration card, or government-issued document.
3. Category Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL (if applicable).
4. Disability Certificate: (If applicable, from a civil surgeon/rehabilitation center).
5. Transfer Certificate (TC): For classes other than Class I.
6. Two coloured passport size photographs of the candidate and one photograph of each parent.
